As of 2019, Texas law now allows patients to be seen by physical therapists on a limited basis without a script or referral. Should your treatment require an extended period beyond 30 days, we will contact your provider and request this for you. We will be in contact with your provider regardless, sending updates and notes along the way.
We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Zelle, or credit card.
Initial Evaluation: $200
Individual Treatment Session: $150
Treatment Package: $500 for 4 sessions, $1000 for 8 sessions (save 17% off a la carte pricing)
Dr. Ayres will bring all necessary equipment to each treatment. All you will need is a quiet space without distractions to allow you to get the most out of your treatment session. Please fill out the new patient paperwork at the links below, and have them ready at your initial evaluation or feel free to email them ahead of time.
